Common questions
How long does screening take?
Usually a couple of business days, depending on how fast employers and prior landlords respond.
Can you screen applicants from overseas with no US credit?
Yes. It’s common in South Florida. We look at international income documentation and bank statements, and may recommend a larger deposit or a guarantor.
Find out what your property should rent for.
Thirty minutes by video or phone. We look at the property, the comparables, and what you'd net after everything.
