Property inspections
Most expensive repairs started as cheap ones nobody saw. Inspections are how we see them.
What’s included
- 01
Move-in report
Room-by-room condition with photos, signed by the tenant. This is your evidence at move-out.
- 02
Mid-lease inspections
A scheduled walk-through to check AC filters, leaks under sinks, unauthorized pets or occupants, and general care.
- 03
Move-out inspection
Compared line by line against the move-in report, so deposit claims are specific and defensible.
- 04
Pre- and post-storm checks
Exterior photos before a named storm and a damage check after, ready for your insurance claim.
- 05
Vacant property checks
Empty homes get regular visits. Humidity alone can ruin a closed-up unit in a South Florida summer.
Common questions
Do tenants get notice?
Yes. Florida law requires reasonable notice before entry for repairs, generally at least 24 hours, and we follow the same practice for inspections.
Do I get the report?
Every time, with photos and any recommended repairs priced out.
